Tokyo Knives currently provides product information and affiliate links. We do not accept or fulfill direct knife orders and do not operate a shipping service for the products linked from this site.

Buying a product

A product purchase button opens the external retailer’s product page. Clicking the button does not place an order, charge a payment method or add an item to a Shopify checkout. Complete any purchase on the retailer’s website.

The retailer displays the applicable product options, final price, taxes, delivery charges and availability. Those details can vary by destination and change after information is displayed on Tokyo Knives.

Delivery and order tracking

The retailer or its seller arranges fulfillment and provides shipping estimates, tracking information and support. For a delivery question, use the order details and support channel supplied by the company that accepted your purchase. Tokyo Knives cannot set or guarantee that provider’s delivery schedule.

Travel bookings and bulk inquiries

Travel experiences linked through Viator are booked through the external provider. Review the experience details, dates and cancellation terms before booking.

A bulk inquiry is a request to discuss your needs. It is not an order, stock reservation, shipping quote or promise of supply. Any proposed arrangement requires separate confirmation before a commitment exists.

Earlier Tokyo Knives orders

If your question concerns an earlier order placed directly with Tokyo Knives, email support@tokyoknives.com with the order reference. Do not include payment-card details. This page does not replace the terms or legal rights applicable to an earlier transaction.
