Shun Premier Blonde 3 Piece Starter Set

Shun Premier Blonde 3 Piece Starter Set provides a coordinated starting point for kitchen preparation. A set can make sense when several tools need replacing together, while its practical value comes from how well the included shapes fit the meals you cook.

At a glance

• 3 pieces in one set

Use the individual blade roles to plan your preparation. A total piece count can include storage or maintenance items as well as knives.

• Premier Blonde knife handles

The knife handles use light-colored, resin-treated wood for a warm contrast with the blade.

• Premier Blonde blades

Premier’s tsuchime texture and layered blade pattern are paired with a lighter handle in the Blonde version.

Find your fit

Start with the tasks you repeat: broad board work, small trimming jobs and any specialist cutting you do often. Our Japanese knife guide explains the main shapes; utility and paring roles explain useful complements.

Care and storage

Hand wash each knife with mild detergent and dry it fully before storage. Keep edges apart so the pieces cannot strike one another or other utensils. Our knife-storage guide covers blocks, drawers and guards.
